These days I'm learning Ruby on Rails and starting a new project. I live in Ottawa, Canada.

I've been known to program primarily in Java, using SWT/JFace and the Eclipse Rich Client Platform. I also know DHTML (HTML, Javascript, CSS) pretty well.

I've been working on a metadata framework for Eclipse called Durham, which is currently on the back burner. Durham has a proof-of-concept RCP application called AudioMan.

I've been blogging in various places since 2001. You can read my currently active blog, where I write primarily about software development.

I am a proud graduate of the University of Ottawa School of Information Technology and Engineering (SITE).

I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Software Engineering and I will be persuing Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) status when I am eligible.

When I have spare time I like to review books and would be open to reviewing more. In the past I've reviewed:
