Jon Stewart on C-SPAN
Jon Stewart, who hosts The Daily Show on Comedy Central, was widely reported on his comments on CNN's Crossfire recently. He criticised the media, saying they were "hurting America" and even called the show's hosts "hacks". The day before the Crossfire appearance, October 14th, he had an hour-long interview on C-SPAN, where he goes deeper into his criticisms of the media in front of members of the media. Not only is it funny, I think he brings up some good points about media responsibility. Since C-SPAN is a non-profit organisation, I doubt they'd mind if I tell you that the interview is available on BitTorrent. Go check it out. I have had the most frustrating conversation with the customer service reps at bell mobility including the supervisor and manager. I agree, they are not capable at handling issues at all and essentially just ignore you. It is unbelievable. i have been having issues with my service and my billing for some time. Now I have just had it and I am cancelling my service - unfortunately it takes 30 day. Anyone know how to get around this? I will advise all my friends, family and coworkers to not use bell because of this. It is absolutely unacceptable. i already talked to my work about it and they will not be going with bell for work phones anymore as they have received a few complaints regarding the service. wow......if only they were smart enough to know the amount of business they lost as a result of terrible service. » Posted by: Ryan at April 13, 2005 09:48 PM |
