audioman dot re-org

I have reorganized the audioman.org website to include the two new projects: id3v2test and jid3rL. I've also moved the old AudioMan project to its own area, now that it's on hold.

There's more information about these projects on the site and I'm keeping it pretty plain for now. As always, comments are welcome.
