Breach!

So for my security class I have to write about a system attack that happened within the last two years. I thought about writing about DVD/DeCSS but that happened more than two years ago. Same with the Sklyarov/Adobe thing ... so I'm looking for ideas. The word "system" is pretty loose as well -- the example the prof gave in class was the 9/11 attacks.

Was it ever proven? DDOS, bad quality files? What were the attacks? I need two references. :S

2. GNU/Linux (OpenSource) on Microsoft? (Business system)
3. Technology on Traditions? (Social system)
4. Media on Information? (Knowledge system)
5. Disease on human population? (Biological)

...this sounds like a fun course. I tried to take a security course, but alas, I was in Comp. Eng. and was not allowed :-(

I tried to take the course as well, but I had Kanneman and I didn't do anything but sleep and go the last day so he could tell us the 50 questions that were on the exam.

Typical KK class, 8:30 Monday, 8:30 Wednesday.
