have you run memtest86 lately? (you never know...)

other things to consider: (from personal experience. ;) )

- verify that your HSF is working, and that your thermal paste isn't dried out..
- check for PCI issues (ie remove cards, see if problem remains)
- power cable (nicks, tears, chew marks)

dunno. that's all I can think of..

The baseball bat is a much simpler and elegant solution. It uses TDD and Xtreme methodology techniques...beat computer down and check every 2 minutes to make sure that computer is worse than it was before. If test is good, then it's all good.
