That's SE, Not IT!
Why is it every time I try to help someone with their computer and I can't figure it out I get grief? "Aren't you supposed to be a computer expert?" "Isn't this what you're going to school for?". In fact, no it's not. I have nothing against the IT profession, but figuring out some company's terrible software and making it work nicely with other terrible software doesn't exactly mesh with my personality. I'd rather pump out more terrible software myself. ;) Now THAT I can do. Posted at December 08, 2002 at 11:56 PM ESTLast updated December 08, 2002 at 11:56 PM EST Comments

That is what *I* am going for... after I get my PEng I am going for my MSC. Ahh, just imagine the glory of it all... ;-P » Posted by: JimboJones at December 9, 2002 03:09 PMMCSE = Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. » Posted by: ryan at December 9, 2002 04:51 PMI don't think I can talk to you anymore. It looks like you're losing your m4d 31337 ski11z! LOL. Just be like me...I just say I paint houses or somethin.... » Posted by: roy at December 9, 2002 06:08 PMI feel your pain. In the last month my mom has managed to fry TWO, that's right TWO motherboards. :( The first one she had plugged a clothes Iron into the same powerbar with the pc so it knocked out the PS and the MB. Now she just called me on Friday night to say that its out again after I replaced it SIX DAYS EARLIER!! I'm thinking that maybe there's something funky with the electricity in the basement.. either that or some people just shouldn't be allowed to touch PCs... » Posted by: Peter at December 16, 2002 12:13 AM |
